Anger and irritation are a normal part of life for most of us. But it doesnt have to be this way. We can change this through practicing and modifying our ways of thinking. By doing so well have more happiness and peace of mind, enjoy better relationships, and progress more quickly along the spiritual path
In this interactive workshop, we will work with practical tools which initially help us catch and stop our irritation before it escalates into anger. We will also learn to understand our anger better in order to address its underlying causes and eventually circumvent our anger and irritation altogether.
Some topics covered will include:
Ø Costs of anger
Ø How anger arises and what feeds it
Ø Ways to counteract anger
Ø What lies beneath anger and irritation
Ø Dealing with criticism
Ø Communicating without aggression
Participants are encouraged to attend all seven classes and do the exercises both during and between classes.
